Three Shift Rotation - Day / Aft / Night (every two weeks)Operator Weber and Garant Machines, packaging at required dial speeds and working towards achieving daily production targets while preserving quality according to customer specs Roll preparationRe-web machineMachine adjustments Adjust slits, adjust / replace tucking blades, adjust and / or replace spots, change coarse / fine knivesCut and install correct bottom pasters, maintain glue levelsUse ShopFloor software, labelling, counting and palletizing Machine cleaningDocumentation and reportingQuality control and assuranceIdentify and report variations and deviationsPerform other duties as assigned
