- Welcome and inform customers by personalizing the relationship
- Ensure the transport of customers on arrival and departure, provide a shuttle service within the village or between two nearby sites
- Ensure the routing of baggage on arrival and departure of customers
- Accompany customers to their accommodation
- Assist and support clients during a change of accommodation
- Promote the accessibility of place of arrival/departure
- Perform certain reception tasks requiring travel (such as collecting ski passes, travel to Post, etc.)
- Ensure the quality of services, compliance with Club Med’s health and safety rules and the maintenance of assets (car used)
