You’ll deliver exceptional service to prospective motor vehicle lending customers across New Zealand, guiding them through their loan application and answer any questions along the way.
Each Day You Will
- Engage with customers, answering questions around motor or insurance
- Assist customers in making informed borrowing decisions.
- Accurately complete all required compliance checks and enquiries to ensure our policy, regulatory and legislative obligations are met in every instance.
- Make outbound calls to gather information, follow up on leads and keep things moving.
- Roll up your sleeves to get things done.
