Oversee wedding and corporate events as a Banquet Supervisor at The Stanley Park Pavilion. Ensure exceptional service and smooth execution in this casual, seasonal role with flexible shifts.
The Stanley Park Pavilion is seeking a dedicated Banquet Supervisor & Captain responsible for coordinating events from setup to breakdown. You will manage a team, ensure cleanliness and compliance, and elevate guest satisfaction. This role will ramp up to 6-8 shifts in April, offering training opportunities before the busy season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise setup, execution, and breakdown of all events
• Ensure clean and organized banquet areas during events
• Monitor guest needs and address issues promptly
• Conduct pre-event briefings with banquet staff
• Manage staffing levels and assign team tasks effectively
