Lead the bar team with a focus on guest experience, operational efficiency and product consistency, positioning the bar as a reference within the hotel’s F&B offering.

- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring flow, organization and compliance with standards.
- Ensure service excellence, with focus on quality, detail and consistency.
- Monitor service levels and act proactively on deviations.
