Job Description The Team Lead will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our hospital premises by providing leadership, direction, and ongoing coaching to our security staff.

Provide leadership, direction, and ongoing coaching and training to security staff.
Maintain excellent deportment and customer service skills as this is a public-facing/front-facing position.
Liaise with visitors, clients, and staff to address concerns and ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Communicate any concerns or issues with the Site Coordinator in a timely manner.
Document and investigate security incidents and complaints according to established procedures.
Ensure all standing orders and scheduled daily activities are carried out for each shift.
Ensure site staff adhere to all Paladin Security and Baycrest Hospital security policies and procedures.
