Lead and innovate as the Senior Associate Director, Estates & Trusts at BC Cancer Foundation. This essential role is dedicated to overseeing estate gift management and fostering advisor relationships.
The BC Cancer Foundation seeks a seasoned professional to join their Gift and Estate Planning team. You will manage team efforts in estate administration and provide high-level insights on complex estate matters. Your leadership will support sustainable growth while steering stewardship initiatives for estate donors and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee estate gifts from trusts and insurance policies
• Coordinate with co-beneficiaries on estate administration
• Liaise with executors and resolve estate disputes effectively
• Monitor risk issues and escalate as necessary
• Develop stewardship initiatives for impactful donor engagement
Requirements:
• At least 5 years' experience in estate planning
• Strong expertise in wills and gift strategies
