Field Effect is hiring an experienced and results-driven BDR Manager to join our Sales team. This is a high-impact role for a proven sales leader who has consistently delivered strong pipeline results and knows how to build, coach, and scale high-performing BDR teams.
We’re looking for a hands‑on leader who brings experience from a well-established SaaS or cybersecurity sales organization and is excited to apply that experience to help mature and strengthen our BDR function.
This role requires a regular in‑office presence of at least 3 days per week to support and develop our Ottawa‑based team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs, providing day‑to‑day guidance on prospecting, messaging, objection handling, and qualification
