**The Role**: Benefits Specialist, LATAM
**The Team**: The Americas Benefits Team is responsible for various benefits initiatives across LATAM, Canada, and the US.
The Benefits Team works closely with the People Team to ensure the company's policies and benefits are best in class.
This role is responsible for our benefits programs within LATAM and will also be involved in various benefit initiatives across the Americas.
The Benefits Specialist will work with Insurance companies and brokers for the LATAM region to ensure the company's policies and benefits are consistent and equitable for all team members.
