Our reputable client in the engineering sector is currently seeking a Bilingual Billing Analyst to join their team!
This is a permanent, full-time role based out of the Toronto, Ottawa or Montreal office (3 days a week onsite).
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with Project Managers and Project Directors to determine accurate monthly billing amounts.
- Prepare client invoices in accordance with company procedures, client requirements, and contract terms.
- Review contracts for each new project and set up all invoicing templates and procedures accordingly.
- Record invoices in the accounting system.
- Reconcile and include sub-consultant billings (fees and reimbursable expenses) in project invoices.
- Collaborate with the cash receipts team to resolve cash application variances and clean up unallocated cash.
