Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Attend inbound and outbound calls from insured, banks, and internal company areas in the United States.
• Assist clients by answering questions about coverage, payments, and various administrative processes.
• Keep information in the system up to date.
• Resolve client queries or redirect them to other areas when necessary to provide excellent service.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing quality service.
