This is a work-from-home opportunity with a stable daytime schedule.
Upselling and retention may be required when assisting customers with renewals or additional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with LLC formation and renewal processes, including subscription and license renewals
- Address billing inquiries, password resets, and account updates
- Offer additional services and products where applicable (upselling & retention)
- Provide accurate and professional customer support in a timely manner
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English (C1+) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in customer support, sales, or retention roles (preferred)
- Ability to handle billing, account updates, and subscription renewals
- Comfortable upselling and offering retention solutions when needed
