Bilingual Helpdesk

This position is needed for either Sterling, VA or San Jose, CA. Must know keigo! Long term contract.

Front Tier Customer Support resolving basic to intermediate technical issues for customers primarily in Japan and US based customers using NTTCom's service.

Requires strong command of both written and spoken English and Japanese - including appropriate use of keigo.

Requires problem solving skills including logical analysis and technical troubleshooting. The individual should be customer focused, team oriented, highly self motivated and willing to grow.

Qualifications

  • Position needed for Sterling, VA or Lundy, CA.
  • Shift: Sterling VA 6pm-6am / Lundy CA 3pm-3am.
  • Must know keigo.
