We are seeking a motivated, bilingual (English/French) junior professional with 1 year of accounts receivable or collections experience to join a dynamic finance team. This role focuses on supporting AR processes, client communications, and managing account schedules while gaining exposure to broader finance operations.
Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Mississauga, ON – Fully In-Office
Hours: 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday
Pay: $24–$27/hr
Type: Temp-to-Perm
Key Responsibilities:
•Review and approve account schedules and invoices per company policy
• Handle client communications for invoice verification and collection calls
• Monitor AR balances and maintain compliance with approved limits
• Translate documents and client communications in French as needed
