Bilingual Project Sales Associate
Partner with clients to fully understand their project requirements and assist in planning comprehensive solutions. As knowledgeable sales professionals, provide tailored recommendations addressing customers' specific project needs and challenges.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Clarify and understand customers’ needs and guide them to the best solution(s) for their projects
- Grow the geographic sales area by building new relationships with PROS and strengthening relationships with existing sales accounts
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare estimates and material lists and follow up on deliveries
- Take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
