About the Opportunity
- Own the full recruitment cycle for a large operation; sourcing and screening for high-volume, field-based positions including drivers and skilled trades across multiple districts
- Act as a strategic partner to local and divisional managers, providing workforce planning support, talent pipeline development, and regular hiring updates to senior leadership
- Drive creative sourcing and employer branding initiatives while using recruitment metrics and analytics to continuously improve process effectiveness
About You
- Fully bilingual (French/English, written and oral) with 4+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, ideally within an industrial, logistics, or transportation environment
