What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential customers
- Remain available on the dialer during your scheduled shift
- Follow communication scripts in a professional, courteous, and effective manner
- Qualify prospects based on participation requirements
- Provide detailed information about destinations, resorts, and promotional packages
- Clearly communicate any financial terms or consequences when applicable
