Description
- Provide L1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets promptly using the internal ticketing system.
- Assist with workstation setup and configuration for new employees, including peripherals and software installations.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, addressing recurring technical issues as they arise.
