Responsibilities:
Design the operations processes based on business needs.Audit the billing operations procedures and ensure it is under proper executionPrepare management reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis.Resolving issues relating to invoicing and relevant activities.Manage invoicing of complex projects.Work with system vendors to enhance and maintain the billing systemEnsure the internal tracking systems that the order/job requests are accurately recorded and completed in a timely manner.Lead a team of Billing Officers in the regionRequirements:
