BIM Technician (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

Overview

This role supports enterprise real estate modernization initiatives through the creation and maintenance of detailed 3D building models. The position focuses on translating drawings, scans, and site information into accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit and related tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain BIM models representing existing building conditions
• Convert 2D drawings, PDFs, and sketches into 3D models
• Update models based on verified site conditions and project feedback
• Populate models with asset data, metadata, and parameters
• Generate plans, elevations, schedules, and supporting documentation
