Develop and oversee the organization’s financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accurate financial management. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections. Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to the board Lead budgeting processes, monitor financial performance against budgets, and recommend adjustments as needed. Conduct account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards in all financial activities.
