Bank Feed Management
- Regularly monitor bank feeds for accuracy and functionality.
- Promptly address and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Update bank feeds to ensure seamless data flow.
Transaction Posting
- Accurately post financial transactions using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Xero accounting software.
- Maintain organized and up‑to‑date financial records.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Accrual Spreadsheets
- Update accrual spreadsheets to reflect current financial information by reviewing the balance sheet on a monthly basis.
