KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Management
Maintain general ledgers and record all financial transactions Reconcile bank, credit card, and investment accounts Maintain organized and confidential financial records Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process vendor payments and reimbursements Manage bill payments and electronic transfers Track receivables and intercompany balances Payroll & Compliance
Process payroll Familiarity with tax filings - prepare & remit payroll deductions to CRA (T1’s and T2’s) Assist with HST filings and year-end reporting Reporting
Prepare monthly financial statements Monitor cash flow and support budgeting processes Provide financial information to external accountants and advisors Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS:
