Position Summary
We are looking for a Full Time Team Leader to join our team! This role will act as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand while ensuring operational excellence and delivering above-and-beyond customer experience. Additionally, you will play a vital role in driving sales and achieving our sales targets.
A day in the life
- Debrief team on key objectives and deliverables;
- Analyze KPI reports and coach team to hit metrics;
- Ensure effective communication with team and store management;
- Create positive brand experience for all stakeholders;
- Balance time between administrative and customer service tasks.
