Branch Manager (Chemainus)

Overview

We are currently seeking a Branch Manager to join our team.

The Branch Manager is responsible for developing and directing the growth strategy and service portfolio goals for their assigned branch. This includes promoting the branch and Tru Cooperative Bank within the community; providing sales and service leadership to the branch team; coaching and directing the branch management team; developing and successfully executing an annual business plan for the operations, sales management and financial growth of the branch; developing and enhancing long-term member relationships; and identifying strategies to increase profits and reduce expenses.
