Managing all aspects of the local retail branch, including growing the business and mentoring the team.
Job Responsibilities

- Mentoring and growing the core team, recognizing that a manager’s success is only possible with a strong team
- Working closely with the vibrant Roofmart Sales Team to provide world‑class support and build strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers as well as assisting in the development of new customers
- Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, homeowners, and customers by converting them away from competitor products
Qualifications
- College Diploma or bachelor’s degree (in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field) and/or 5 or more years of successful warehouse/retail management and sales experience
