Providing personal assistance, including daily care, meal preparation, and companionship, for a 70‑year‑old deafblind individual.
Responsibilities
- Assist during daily tasks such as cooking, meal preparation, laundry, and tidying.
- Provide sensory support, describing surroundings and aiding in navigation.
- Read mail, clean, and maintain household routine.
- Assist during travel or holiday trips if available.
- Offer general companionship during visits, walks, and outings.
Work Schedule
Typical shifts: 11:00 to 17:00, both weekdays and weekends (subject to need).
Qualifications
- Calm, patient, capable of working independently.
- Adult, considerate, and comfortable with occasional tobacco scent.
