Job Description
Position Title: Building Quality Coach – Central ND
Accountable to: Director of Student Services
Supervised by: Lead Building Quality Coach
Department: Student Services
FLSA Status: Full‑time exempt
Location: Open (Central North Dakota)
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000
Standard office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm (flexible to meet agency goals).
Decision‑making authority: Responsible for best interests of SEEC within budget; approvals required from Director of Student Services or designee for specific matters.
Position Overview
The Building Quality Coach is an external coach providing technical supervision and coaching support to early childhood providers and center staff across the eight human service regions. The role involves coaching, modeling evidence‑based best practices, and supporting the SEEC’s overall goals, objectives, and strategies.
