Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to gather requirements and identify pain points
  • Lead requirements workshops and map current/future-state CRM processes
  • Convert business needs into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Dynamics 365
  • Configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service (leads, opportunities, accounts, cases, journeys, campaigns, segmentation, scoring) using OOTB and Power Platform features
  • Work with tech teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with SAP S/4HANA and other systems for seamless data flow
  • Validate migrated data for accuracy and identify automation and analytics improvements (Power BI)
  • Build and maintain dashboards/reports to surface key sales, marketing, and service metrics
