Elicit, gather, and structure business requirements into clear Business Requirements Documents ready for IT analysis
Validate requirements with relevant business stakeholders and ensure consistency across impacted systems
Analyse potential impacts on upstream and downstream applications, ensuring end-to-end coherence of proposed solutions
Support the preparation of project governance documents in line with the project management methodology in place
Design, review, and execute test cases — including non-regression testing — to confirm solutions are correctly implemented
Provide input to the data governance team to support the update of data warehouse documentation and universes
Contribute to the production of user documentation such as user manuals and presentation materials
