An agile mindset and are a true team player Strong French and English communication skills, both written and oral Previous working experience as a Business Analyst Bachelor or Master’s degree with a strong appetite for the technological aspects of innovation Knowledge in methodology (Agile, Kanban, Lean..) or are used to work on change activities with matrixial teams using Agile or V approaches;
