About the team
Tiktok Shop Partner (TSP) team, we orchestrate a nationwide network of agencies driving the livestream commerce, content, and store operations that keep TikTok Shop ahead of the curve. . You will work directly with our TSP strategy team consisting of four people. As a TSP Business Analyst intern, you'll get your hands on the full analytical stack that drives one of Indonesia's most dynamic e-commerce operations : building and managing live performance dashboards, setting GMV and penetration targets across Account Managers and agency partners, and translating raw data into sharp recommendations that directly shape how TikTok Shop's livestream, content, and product strategies evolve.
