Job Description
We currently have two contract Business analyst/Project management roles available for a 3-month period. Our client needs some extra help with phase 2&3 of a regional system improvement project.
The project has two objectives:
- Ensuring there is an agreed model for coordination
- Identifying, designing, documenting and implementing improvements
Additional resource is needed to support with Phase 2 and Phase 3, which will include work in the following areas:
Phase 2: Discovery
Use process improvement methodologies and collaborative approaches in partnership with key stakeholders and responsible parties to:
- Discover, document and understand existing coordination and management processes, roles, responsibilities
- Explore examples of best practices in place in other regions
- Understand contracting, commissioning and data sharing enablers and constraints
