Job Description
Seeking a BA with experience in Retail data processes and MDM implementations (Stibo STEP preferred). The BA will support requirement gathering, process design, and data governance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements for retail and MDM initiatives.
- Support data modeling, workflows, and governance design in Stibo.
- Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
- Assist with UAT, test cases, and defect resolution.
- Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure alignment.
Required Experience
- 8+ years as a BA.
- MDM project experience (Stibo preferred).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
