Business Analyst (1–2 Years Experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and business needs
- Prepare clear documentation such as BRD, FRD, SOW, and user stories
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and project planning
- Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Support testing by validating requirements and ensuring quality deliverables
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
