3 Handling existing inquiries
4 Giving samples and trials to customers for business generation
5 Target oriented
6 Lead Generation from existing and new customer references
7 Quotation Follow-up with RMs and Customers
8 Increase Quotation conversion for the Team
9 Online technical support to RMs
10 Co-Ordination with Purchase for urgency of material
11 Technical support to CRM Teams in terms of suggesting alternate items and reducing the Back-Order.
