Tarkine Consulting is supporting a growing consulting firm expanding its presence across Australia. The business operates in a delivery-led model, working across software testing, quality engineering, DevSecOps, and automation with enterprise and government clients.
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to support this growth, with a focus on building and expanding client relationships rather than purely transactional sales.
The Role
This is a hybrid role combining account management and new business development.
You'll take ownership of a set of accounts while also identifying and opening new opportunities. The role is consultative, working closely with delivery and pre-sales teams to shape and win work, rather than operating as a standalone sales function.
The focus is on building sustainable revenue and long-term client relationships.
