Business Development Manager - Engineering & Industry

YOUR ROLE

As a Business Development Manager / Director at Capgemini Engineering, you will play a key role in driving business growth in the Portuguese market , with accountability for the Go‑to‑Market and business development of the Engineering portfolio . Acting as a transversal business developer , you will work closely with multiple Sales, Pre‑Sales, Delivery teams and technology partners to identify, develop and close complex opportunities , ensuring consistent positioning and value creation across the portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Owning and executing the Go‑to‑Market strategy for the Engineering portfolio in Portugal.
• Identifying, qualifying and developing new business opportunities across Engineering, Industry, Digital and R&D services.
