Business Development Manager (Integrated Sales)
Maersk is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of integrated logistics customers. In this role, you’ll develop new business, deepen client relationships, and position Maersk’s end-to-end solutions—including Ocean, Ground Freight, Warehousing/Transload, Customs Brokerage, and Supply Chain Management.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect, qualify, and secure new business
- Manage and grow a portfolio of integrated logistics accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact across all customer levels, from operations to C-suite
- Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and customer improvement initiatives
- Partner with internal teams across Sales, Customer Service, Ocean, and Supply Chain
- Resolve complex customer issues and ensure exceptional service
- Utilize Salesforce and MS Office for pipeline and account management
