1. Lead and manage two-wheeler business sourcing operations at the state level.
2. Deliver outstanding customer service to support business growth and customer loyalty.
3. Supervise frontline sales and business development teams, ensuring achievement of targets.
4. Foster and maintain key strategic relationships with customers, dealers, corporate DSAs, and other partners.
5. Ensure adherence to compliance standards across all activities.
6. Uphold high quality standards in sourcing operations.
7. Facilitate cross‑selling of liability insurance and Third‑Party Protection (TPP) products.
8. Oversee collection management to enhance recovery and reduce overdue accounts.
