Job Overview

Business Development Manager – VELYS & Enabling Technologies – DePuy Synthes. The position is remote within Canada, ideally located in the Eastern region (Ontario through the Atlantic provinces).

Purpose

The BDM drives adoption and commercial execution of DePuy Synthes’ enabling technology portfolio across Eastern Canada. The role leads the end‑to‑end sales process for capital systems, engages key hospital stakeholders, and supports the development and execution of commercial and regional growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute VELYS and enabling technology capital space offers, secure approvals, and support sales presentations to close large capital deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, HCC, Finance, Contract Execution) to develop and execute commercial programs supporting the VELYS Robot Go To Market strategy.
