TYPE: 1 year contract, but the aim is long-term employment
WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:30 (30 minutes lunch break)
SALARY: €60k - €90k (including the holiday allowance) depending on experience + Performance-based bonus maximum 10%
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Almere (Hybrid, WFH 3 days a week possible after the training)

Business Development Specialist - Electric Motors Main Responsibilities:
•Business Development: Actively identify, pursue, and secure new key accounts while expanding business with existing clients across Europe.
• Project Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer projects, leading them from the initial stages to the start of mass production by collaborating with our global teams.
