Role Overview
The Senior Associate, Business Intelligence is a member of the Employee Technology Solutions & Support Team working within the Employee Digital Experience (EDX) department of the bank. The team empowers technology decision‑making by providing insights supported by data and analytics. The Senior Associate brings a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and transforming raw data into actionable insights, contributing to all areas of advanced BI & analytics.
Accountabilities
- Support the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable BI solutions.
- Support small‑medium BI projects and/or defined workstreams within large projects. Demonstrate ownership to develop and implement efficient data models for BI initiatives.
- Develop advanced data models aligned to business needs and maintain ETL processes for efficient integration and transformation.
