****Business Intelligence Sr.Analyst****Primary Purpose of the Position**Lead the backoffice administrative process focused on the Mass Merchandise, National Accounts and Dealers sales channel with the intention of keeping business indicators within acceptable ranges (past due and customer service, among others...)**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**- Timely management in a timely manner for the preparation of Credit Notes and Re-Invoicing.
- (request, follow-up and receipt of Document)- Daily monitoring of discounts, penalties and litigation procedures with clients through the portals and established communication channels.
- Support the administrative field sales team.Resolution of internal problems with the different areas: Logistics, Taxes, Customer Service, Collection and Finance.
