Chief Juggler of Details, People & Good Times! Full‑time, Direct Hire position reports to Ownership and will also support another location in Litchfield, ME on occasion. Our Client is seeking a Business Operations Lead to assist in running one campground, two golf courses, pubs, Airbnb rentals, and the moving pieces that make their little corner of Maine a community hub. If clean reports, smooth payroll, organized systems, happy staff, and smiling guests make your day — we should talk!
