Responsibilities
Leadership: Lead and manage the project and team, focusing on the development of an ammonia terminal and bringing the project to the next stage. Accountability: Ensure the realization of the business case and the financial viability of the project in line with strategic objectives. Sales & Negotiation: Actively approach customers and negotiate agreements (e.g., Heads of Agreement, contracts) in line with marketing plans. Strategic Guidance: Provide guidance throughout the project and make critical decisions at major stage gates. Stakeholder Management: Manage a complex stakeholder field. Risk Management: Oversee and mitigate project risks through the project risk register. Market Insights: Demonstrate a strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
