The Opportunity
We are looking for detail-oriented Business Process Analysts to work closely with stakeholders to capture and document current-state processes, ensuring clarity and consistency across business units.
What You’ll Do
Process Documentation & Analysis
- Capture and document current-state business processes and workflows
- Develop clear and structured documentation including SOPs and playbooks
- Create day-in-the-life process documentation across functions
- Map end-to-end workflows and identify intake sources
Stakeholder Engagement
