Responsibilities
- Map existing processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop workflows and documentation using BPM methodologies
- Ensure process standardization and define SLAs
- Monitor efficiency metrics and indicators, applying the PDCA cycle for continuous improvement
- Participate in integration projects between systems and internal processes
- Support training and communication on new processes
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Production Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields with a graduation date on Dec 27 or after
- Availability to work on‑site in São Paulo
- Logical thinking, organization, and proactivity
- Interest in process mapping
- English is desirable
