Job Summary
Business Process Specialist is an experienced individual contributor responsible for ensuring the continuous, cost‑effective delivery of IT services for Caterpillar IT. The role leads solution ownership of the FR3 spend lifecycle management application and AI‑enabled automation solutions, driving service quality, and aligning IT services with business needs and budgets.
