Essential Job Functions
As a Business Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. This includes outside sales activities such as prospecting, cold calls, telemarketing, territory planning, and relationship‑building with clients of all sizes and industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a targeted sales plan to achieve and exceed sales objectives for medium to large‑sized accounts.
- Consultative Sales: Use a consultative, solutions‑based approach to identify client needs and deliver effective staffing solutions.
